Throw Back Thursday- a family hike in Haleakalā National Park

This photograph is a throw back to our 2013 family vacation to Maui.  We spent all day journeying through twists and turns in the beautiful tropical rainforest on the winding road to Hana.  We were thrilled when we finally arrived at Haleakalā National Park.  We did a family hike down to the coastline around to the breathtaking Seven Sacred Pools waterfalls.  It was a long road trip, but that family hike surrounded by the gorgeous Maui coastline made the long day in the car all worth while! What an unforgettable family experience!
