Kids can often experience an opportunity to travel to foreign lands right in their own neighborhood.  I love this video from The New York Times that follows six Second Graders from Brooklyn to a fine dining experience presented by Daniel Boulud at his acclaimed French restaurant Daniel.  I LOVE this video.  These kids are so fun to watch as they experience a world of fancy French cuisine for the first time.  While they might not have loved each of the 7 courses they absolutely will never forget their first French tasting meal experience.  It might even inspire them to travel to Paris one day.  Watch this video and see for yourself how they discover a new world of food!
